I’m a first generation sleep consultant with extensive background in Pediatrics and Maternity. Education is a helpful tool to have, but it's not the answer to everything. I believe self-knowledge and dedication are just as important to making your sleep goals a success.
My purpose is to educate, teach, and support new parents in this wild ride through parenthood and end sleepless nights and gain peaceful, worry free nights. We will work to forge new paths that enable us to attain all of our goals during this process and to celebrate those accomplishments.
